Field Service Technician (M/F)

Job Description / Responsibilities


  • Support the customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for all questions related to technical and service activities
  • Schedule and Fulfill maintenance and service contracts at the customer site in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with at least 1 visit per year.
  • Repair the faulty devices or coordinate the repair if it needs to be done in another repair facility.
  • Generate new sales opportunities during interaction with the customer and work closely with the Sales Team.
  • Ensure the CRM is filled for each case with the required information
  • Respect the guidelines related to the medical device regulation.
  • Report the activity to the Service Manager as well as to the Sales Director

Profil :

You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Service Technician, ideally for a medical device company.


Master the CRM Salesforce would be valued.


You are fluent in Germany. You also speak fluently French or English (ideally both).


You will be home based and must be able to travel nationally and internationally up to 70% of the time.
