Will I get a discount on a new device thanks to the trade-in program? chevron

Our trade-in program allows all of our existing customers to benefit from an immediate discount on the purchase of a next-generation FibroScan® and its equipment, while adopting an environmentally-friendly approach.

How do I send in my current FibroScan® system? Who will pay for its return? chevron

We will take care the return of your current FibroScan®. A member of our team will contact you to organize the return of your device free of charge.

Can I keep the probes from my old device?  chevron

No, the latest generation of FibroScan® is equipped with Guided VCTE™ technology and must therefore be used with newly adapted probes. If you change equipment, your old probes will become obsolete.

I currently have a service contract, do I keep the same contract with my new device? chevron

No, a new service contract will be need executed and will be applied when your new generation FibroScan® is delivered and installed.

Where can I find the serial number of my device?  chevron

The serial number of your FibroScan® can be found on a label on the back of the device next to the word ‘SN’. It begins with the letter ‘F’ followed by a series of numbers.

What if I bought my device from an authorized reseller? chevron

Even if you bought your FibroScan® from an authorized reseller, you can still benefit from our trade-in program. Simply fill in the contact form and our customer service department or local distributor will contact you as soon as possible.
