  • The Product Manager will manage daily marketing activities for assigned product line(s), including demand forecasting, defining marketing plans, production of marketing communications materials, maintenance marketing for base products, competitive product comparisons, sales training, and ad agency interaction.
  • The Product Manager will participate in developing and executing the franchise integrated market business plan. Coordinate the tactical plan, market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging required to execute the plan to drive revenue and meet business key objectives.
  • S/he will assist in managing the franchise’s internal global downstream marketing network and provide marketing direction to field sales and other strategic channels, including execution of the launch commercialization process.
  • The Product Manager will Identify and assess product opportunities &/or new markets by understanding the clinical procedure, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
  • S/he will partner with finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the forecast as well as resolve other operationally related issues.
  • The role will be based in the North American Headquarters in Waltham, MA. Echosens Global Headquarters is based in Paris, France.




  • 3-5 years of progressive commercial product management experience with a successful record of accomplishments with both large and smaller companies. Medical device/healthcare industry experience is a must.
  • Successful execution of new product launches that have resulted in enhanced revenue and market share.
  • Experience as a marketer on technical products communicating directly to customers, and more importantly, effectively communicating to customer through field sales.
  • Proven ability in growing sales, changing perception, and solving customer problems by partnering across organizations. Collaborates and openly debates with the cross-functional team to manage programs and solve challenging issues.
  • Leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability demonstrating a strong sense of urgency about reaching targets.
  • Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI.
  • Proficient with budgets, forecasts, analysis.
  • Product management of capital experience is preferred.
